Why hiragana
(Placeholder article — replace with your own text.)
Hiragana began as a cursive way of writing borrowed Chinese characters. Over centuries, it became something new: a script with its own shapes, its own rhythm and its own way of carrying feeling.
That story is the story we want to tell. Something arrives from elsewhere, meets a different sensibility, and becomes new value.
Letters as shapes
A single hiragana means nothing on its own. Look at it long enough, and it stops being a letter and starts being a form: a loop, a sweep, a pause.
We design from that moment.
